That's a great question. Her only communication is email, said texting coming soon for maybe a year now. I had a good amount of communication with her probably six months ago and it never led anywhere. I finally scheduled an appointment then she had to cancel, I believe that happened twice. I was unaware such a policy exists. Pretty good tip. Might be worth the hour+ drive to not have to worry about LEO.
