I tried Quality once. Setup and location is "all wrong" for an AMP. LEO has to be getting complaints from other businesses in the strip mall. Probably taking a "5 month investigation" to gather evidence.

If Sky is open and you need a fix; Expect that you may not get more than a massage. If it is business as usual there, there's a Mamasan and the door is locked. So, very unlikely that LEO will catch you with your dick in someone. Just stick to "All I get here is a massage".

As far as out of town stuff goes, there is an election on Tuesday in those localities too.

Either Sky is lucky or just hasn't sprung the trap yet. Either way will probably still suffer a loss as customers will flock out of town.

Outside of the names, the details don't match up between the stories or with details from the Clerk of Courts site. One story states that 2 of the women are not scheduled for a hearing until 11/4.

Ms. Shriek not mentioned or pictured. Not sure the jurisdiction Lee Spa is in.

Drove past Lees (Open Sign not on). The lccapps said TPD arrested her but its not in Toledo so I wonder how Mrs Shrek got busted by Toledo Police. Drove thru lot at SKY, sign on door said Temporarily closed for repairs. I.

Located the docs on 3 of the ladies. One from Top Relax and two from Lady Spa. Where are you finding the docs? I located them on the Clerk of Courts site. Nothing on the CCNO booking site as of this posting. Looks like it has not been updated yet. A couple of them also share a common residence, but were arrested at different locations. Charges look as if the "managers" were the ones arrested.
