You never mention if you told her in advance that you could not keep your appointment. I agree if you have been a good client and missed one appointment she should not block you.

It is very disrespectful to make an appointment and then not send a message telling the lady you will not be there. I have always told them once I knew I could not keep it. But that has only been a few times.

After the good recommendations of a couple other forum members, I took the plunge and saw her. I'm glad I did.
