The only "proof" will be if the prices / upcharges drop. Since, the boycott hasn't officially taken place, will need to wait until mid-Nov.

But, there are already those who haven't been seeing girls with upcharges, and there hasn't been any drops in these charges. All the posts about mongers "supporting" the boycott are meaningless.
