I feel like it's all BS, if there was one that guaranteed cut weight, and not just through appetite reduction but actually burning fat, big pharma would be all over it. I've done Keto off and on since 2014, so I can do the no carb thing. I'll Google and see exactly what this is about.

The part about looks that's interesting is that, minus the weight, I'm well put-together. I dress upscale casual or business casual all the time, I never go out in sweats and a wifebeater. The only thing is my weight that's holding me back.

I'd need to lose 120 lbs to be in the ideal body weight for my height. I'm 6', should be 170-200 depending on how much muscle I have. I'm 300. Normally health experts recommend 4 lbs a month as a nice sustainable loss rate. I'd be looking at 30 months straight of weight loss before I'm in the ideal zone. Then I've got to deal with the excess skin.

It's a long way to go before I'm average-looking.
