I don't agree with this generalization. Guys look for a combination of services, looks, personality / attitude, and how well they "click". It isn't one or the other. Each person has their minimum level for each factor or combination of factors, and, of course, each person's preferences are different. Generally speaking, Kgirls in Japan don't offer BB. They do delivery health, which doesn't include penetration.
