Finally made it up north around noon to experience new China foot spa in Everett. I decided to take a flyer and try the new place on Broadway. Japan Oil Massage. Located between Dutch Brothers and Oishi Teriyaki on the 2nd floor above a panaderia. The place smelled like baking bread the whole time, if that turns you on.
