Hmmmm, I haven't been there in a while but the norm is they usually want you to match the door fee so, for a hh your tip would be 50 and for the hour your tip would be 80. Now with the tip matching the door fee the service should include full nude, full roaming usually including fiv and occasionally DATY or face sitting. If they are trying to get you to match the door fee for a simple topless HJ, I would just diy or offer them half of the door fee.
