The real kicker for me with that night trying to setup a date with Aleja was I wasn't really wanting to go out. I had finished up a late shift at work a little earlier than expected, got cleaned up and was about to head home when I looked to see recent posts. Aleja was at the top of list and had only posted 10 minutes prior. I remember reading that she had recently moved and her expenses had increased. I think the sympathy side of me took over which convinced myself that spending an hour with her on the way home would be nice.
