Okay, this is a non-report of sorts. I saw the previous comments about Marina and the neighborhood, but back in the day I (and others here) went to worse places to see Juliette or Ruby Heart. The Marina your post references is a different girl and looks to be completely unrelated, so possibly real. I'd be interested in following up on her because she looks interesting, even if there's going to be some frustration running it to ground. So which neighborhood did she give you as a location? Was it the apartment complex in Grier Heights as the other Marina was supposedly located at? If so, that is a legitimate major risk. I know the area very well and am rarely rattled by environment. But that specific location is no joke and the setup at that apartment complex lends itself to very serious risk as there's a lot of blind spots and hidden, or not easily visible, areas inherent to the building design. I doubt I would go there. The fact that it's virtually contiguous to a police station (Providence Division) and yet 2 homicides were committed there this summer within 2 months (and unrelated) shows the brazenness of the criminals in the area. There's always people loitering at the bus stop there and the 7/11 on the corner. Going to the Post Office next to the 7/11 is a risk. Anyway, posting most of this for others' consideration.
