I had this kind of done a couple of times. Give me choice of address 1 or address 2 in Quincy, both for apartment complexes; I picked address 1. Those ads are hit or miss. Lately they seem to be getting better. Perhaps better than what else is out there at that price point. Most seem willing to do BBFS for around 300 total.
