Haven't had the chance to venture to Woodinville. But Redmond you will have a hard time finding a good place for even a rub and tug. I have heard some rumors about Oyo Blossom Massage off of Redmond Way having some pretty ladies with CFS options, but when I went there, it was a not that attractive lady, but she gave me a great HJ.
