FS shops like UFS, 7-Spa, and 108 get very busy, so they are not inclined to physically bring out the entire staff just for one customer who is window-shopping for something specific. So just call and politely ask who is working today, and compare those names to your lexicon of provider descriptions found here in the AMP forums.
