I went to Lin massage. They were either closed or too busy. I'm guessing closed because I was there during normal hours, no cars outside. I left and went to Total Relax.

She is asking for your TNA handle / username.

References could be your references from TNA. (Providers you have seen can add a vouch / reference for you which serves as currency of trust with other providers.).
