Called the number on the Ad. Agreed on price and time over text. Was directed to a location. Once at the location, was greeted by an attractive lady (but not the girl in the pic). She asked to make a copy of drivers license of my friend. When he refused, she said he needed to leave. He received a text later saying he broke the contract and they would send a letter to his home address to try to recoup "lost wages. " They also sent a photo they took of him on security cam, and also a picture of his car with license plate. Very sophisticated / creepy scam.

Be very aware! This has been going around for a long time.

So avoided these agencies, and thought of sharing this here. It also shows that even TER is open to manipulations and scams.

They have been running a scam for a while. They remake their website and rename the agency and they have a cabal of TER accounts that they use to make them seem legit. They even review 'real' providers. Once a legit review is posted and the sour is out they delete everything and TER removes the provider account and then they remake everything and do it again. I forget the details of the scam but one of the sour reviews mentioned blackmail of some sort so don't give them any screening info.
