The ones I've been to says its a massage but it was more a body rub. If anyone knows a legit good quality massage that does HE please let me know.

Just checkout Tomiko and BB at 1287 King, both give decent massages and free roaming and more with your HE. No bargaining necessary, as everything inclusive.
