I was like Like WTF. Looked it up and still doesn't understand it LOL. This was from a 37 yo too.

Sent a message back asking if she was a Bot or had no concept on how to communicate like an adult.

I was promptly blocked LOL so I can't link it.

She looked to good to be true.

Just wanted to give you a heads up. New profile. It did catch me because it was fairly well written, and wasn't using the generic names. So I started chatting.

Went down the path of discussing a meetup and then I received this: "hmm let's start with a gift from my wishlist then we can schedule a meet and greet dinner date."

LOL Nope. Scammer.

I took a closer look at her picture: her face looks photoshopped if you look closely. Anyways, just a warning to you.

I have not had this happen to me, but then again, I have not seen anyone on SA for a while. It is not surprising that it is happening now. A lot of scammers see this as a good way of making some money. I do agree with you completely if a SA does not send you the requested selfie, you should move on. That is a definite sign that something is not right. All of these SB have tons of selfies, there is no privacy issues anymore so sending a particular selfie should not be something they should be concerned over.

I've had people request that I send them photos and I simply say, "there are photos on the site". I've never had a bait and switch and I've done quite a few meet & greets. It's not worth it, if you are meeting them for dinner or whatever, you'll know the minute they walk in the door. I don't send pictures, especially if we talked about money because they may be cops and want a picture of me to know who to arrest.

Bait and switch, scams, robs, weirdos and flakes. Obviously, if anyone flips over the card to ask you for anything of value prior to meet, that's a scam. Did you speak with them by phone call? That is a requirement for me to get in my car to go meet a girl. If she won't talk to me on the phone, why would I think she would meet me? I have had many who I could not get to do a phone call, if I had set up a meet w / them by text, I would have been disappointed.
