Looks like it. Someone reported there was someone operating upstairs but I didn't see it. Completely empty when I went as well. Too creepy to walk around too much. Definitely a unique spot that was amazing when it lasted. Years from now we will look back with fond memories.

I only did back door at SH once but she left months ago. LOL. I've parked back there for years. Never an issue. If you're a regular rear entrance at SH is ok. Newcomers not so much. The employee rest area is back there with personal belongings.

Upstairs at BW? We used it during the shutdown but really no reason to now. Unless you're nervous about being recognized by one of your wife's friends. And the back door might not get answered because it opens into their rest area and that place is so busy it might be empty. And the step down into the shop can be tricky if you've had a couple. Haha.

You can only park in the spots with green lines.

You cannot enter BW through the back door as it is a working area and the door is locked for safety.
