I can't compare to Mini but I had a good time with Mila. Also BC has a detailed review in the Asian pleaser thread.

This won't have any impact. Mongers who need to, are already adjusting their spending habits and this proclamation won't make any difference, esp for only 2 weeks, and mongers are going to ignore this anyway. Wholesale boycotts never were followed, and anything with large loopholes are ineffective anyway.
