I have not seen Toni, but I have lived in that area for over 60 years. Well, close by anyway. Agreed about the location. I live close by and I would love to have a place so close to do what we do. But going there is just asking for it. Lake county in general is risky but mentor is the absolute worst if you are trying to avoid legal issues. My very first experience was at that spot but now I know better.

Are you thinking of her old place? Her new place is neat and tidy. She makes you take your shoes off ffs. Her bathroom is clean, as is the bedroom.
