Who sets the base price? House, or the girls? I'm guessing the house got greedy and upped their cut, that's why we're paying so much. The girls probably aren't taking home more money.

Agree 100% been mongering the same time but it took me sooner to realize this wave of euphoriais about to crash seeing the new clients coming in and they were no where up to par as it used to be during the CVibe days. I may have some years under my belt, but I don't ever recall a significant dip in kgirl rates across the board in LA. At best, there may have been a plateau pre-Jamie era. That would ultimately depend on the person themself. There is no answer since it's quite subjective on each person's circumstance. I've been doing this for awhile and doing some thinking, a few years ago was a more prudent time to hang up the gloves. Now is a good time than ever to justify at the very least a hiatus.

Your post reminds me of seeing Nara / Bonnie. My guess is when she was at LSC, the rate was 260 or 280 all in up there, but down here at SAG she's at 320 for CFS with an upcharge of 420 for BB. If I got the math right, you're paying 66% more for the same thing. With how much the rate has gone up and if you even account for inflation, what they charge vs what we have to pay hasn't caught up. My theory is still on greed, they're just going to slowly raise up the price to see what they can get away with and see how much business they can still acquire.
