What I think is going on is that American food, and particularly American restaurant food, is packed with additives and crap that makes most of us fat.

It's so strange. When I travel to other countries, I usually eat out every night, drink like a fish and fuck 2-4 women per day. I usually come home 5-10 lbs lighter than when I leave.
