Agreed about the location. I live close by and I would love to have a place so close to do what we do. But going there is just asking for it. Lake county in general is risky but mentor is the absolute worst if you are trying to avoid legal issues. My very first experience was at that spot but now I know better.

Had talked to her a few weeks prior and she had given me a donation but I forgot what it was and took what I thought it was without bringing it up again. Are you thinking of her old place? Her new place is neat and tidy. She makes you take your shoes off ffs. Her bathroom is clean, as is the bedroom.
