Boggles the mind how it's so much cheaper down there when the cost of living is much higher.

Different cost structure. There, the girls take less money for the same job but they do it because of competition. You can see the number of agencies down there vs up here. We only have 2. To get the rates they want, they pretty much have to be on the east side close to the tech bros, so limitation on complexes to rent. Same as LA and Vegas.
