Bubles Girls has a Vacate Order, Kiss Spa / Yes Yes Club has an Administrative Closure Notice and Rest and Relax was Evicted by their Landlord after the landlord received the DOB reports. On 9/30 NYAF was inspected and hit with an illegal conversion of Commercial Space into Dwelling Units. That was referred to the Construction Officials Office. Once they get over there they will issue a Vacate Order. Go read the 9/24 complaint for NYAF. Fact or Fiction, those are accusations that can not be ignored and will certainly be looked into. You want to be there if and when the shit hits the fan?

Shame what's going on in NY. In my travels, NY and SD cities rate highest in terms of quality of service in the US IMO. I text Asian Star tonight and hours later got a response for no in-calls.
