For starters, most cancellations stem from her being too tired or lazy to work that day. She has her reasons as to why. The gist of them appears to be consistent enough when we were comparing notes that it's plausibly true. She may or may not share them with you if you ask. Combined with her shorter work hours than "regular" business hours, you end up with a one-two punch of horrible availability. Depending on how popular she becomes, this can continue indefinitely or not be an issue at all next week.

Her English has definitely improved, making conversations so much easier.
