I'm debating driving up to Baltimore from work tonight but the combo of rain still and cold winds are making me think I should just wait it out til the weather's a bit better. I'd also be driving up close to 1 am since I work an hr away. I've seen girls on the curb in between the rain but if its chill I'm not sure I'd see any. Thoughts?
