Not really sure if they are used, but it's definitely opened. They put them in small bottles with lube so there is no wrapper. So when they go out the room, they just come back with it in a wet towel. It's a weird custom, but efficient (they do this in the greenbelt parlors as well).

I was thinking of going to visit this place this weekend. Definitely not. I wonder if all the girls there doing the same thing with used condoms. I guess you could bring your own condoms but what about the towels that you lay on for the massage. I am going to cross this place off of my list.
