I think what your asking is if you can avoid the house fee and that answer is no.

Massage is the house fee plus a small tip if you are inclined but in most joints they will kick you out and even refund some house fee if you don't want extras when they ask so they can move to the next customer.

Only way your gonna get that reduced is by seeing the same girl or going to the same shop after establishing a pattern of coming and going quickly imo.
