OK, I saw Tess while I was driving thru downtown today and I have to say, she looked like dogshit. At about 6:00 or 6:30 in the evening yesterday (Sunday), I met a downtown provider who was completely new to me. Just a FYI:

I had errands to do in the area Sat night. I thought I identified a BSW on Kuhio. I verified that she was as I thought when I encountered her again on Kalakaua.
