I feel like quoting Jurassic Park here-- "Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. ".

The gold standard is to bring only what you are willing to spend. Plus I completely agree that even that amount should be partitioned in different locations (as why should you spend what you are willing to spend).
Protect yourself first. I would say protect the market second, but people are spending money on some pretty egregious talent of late.

Posts: 1645I've been visiting AMPs in CT ever since Tokyo Spa opened on High Street in Hartford in the fall of 1989, and in that entire time, I've always put my wallet and car keys in the little clear plastic zippered bag found in every massage room when I leave the room to go for a table shower.

It's just not good for business, and organized crime is well aware that someone who gets scammed / robbed at one of their AMPs will quickly report it here on USA SG and elsewhere, thus scaring away future customers.
Totally agree with the recommendation to separate cash into different places and not bring too much cash into an AMP that could accidentally be flashed when you open your wallet to pay the girl. Also, I never bring a full wallet into the AMP, I usually take out the credit cards and other items and leave them at home, although I do keep my driver's license.

Posts: 362When I go into an AMP I never bring my wallet. It gets tucked in a fairly obscure spot in my locked car before I go in. AMPs are generally safer than other incalls when it comes to getting robbed but the way I look at it is, why would I leave my wallet with cash, I'd, all my credit cards, insurance card, etc. , etc. Unattended while I'm getting a table shower in a place that is undoubtedly run by organized crime? Even if they don't steal anything, someone could easily go through my wallet and gain info that could be leveraged somehow.

Anyway, in addition to that I always separate the cash I'm bringing as well. I put the house fee and a $40 tip in one pocket and other cash in a different pocket to increase the tip if further fun turns out to be on the table.

Posts: 54See Coberman's Post #3990 For what would be considered normal service for the area, despite what many consider to be a generous tip. You will easily find OTC or UTC roaming and possibly more at many places. FS is only avail at some. Got to pay attention. Many are referred to on this site. But FS is not so common in this area.

Best of luck. Be nice to the these ladies.

Posts: 221I hear you. She saw what I had in my wallet when I gave her the house fee so I couldn't make any excuses about what I had with me. She never discussed the tip before we got to the action. After the massage I initially handed her 60 for a tip and she motioned for more. She knew what was in my wallet so I kind of felt stuck at that point. Shit happens, we'll all be fine.

A standard tip for a handshake is 40. If you're getting more, by all means tip more, but if not you're contributing to inflation in the sport. Time to raise interest rates again!

I found myself in Manchester recently and tried a massage parlor for the first time. I went in without an appointment and half expected to be turned away but I guess they weren't too busy to take a walk in. The woman who greeted me ended up being my masseuse, from reading up beforehand I was expecting a mamasan first but it didn't go that way. In the room she gave me a hug and squeezed my butt then left for me to get undressed. The massage was nice, she wasn't cranking or anything but it felt like she was putting in some effort and repeatedly checked to make sure I was okay. In general she seemed pleasant and fun. On the flip she seemed amused / happy at the attention I'd come to, made a motion asking if I wanted it taken care of, and then jokingly motioned the hush sign when I nodded yes. She continued on with her technique being soft and a bit sensual until tension was fully released, gave me a hot towel, and closed out the hour massaging the rest of my extremities. She was a little older than my ideal but her personality was a plus. It was hard to tell with her accent + mask but I think her name was Mimi. 70 house, 80 tip. I wasn't expecting anything crazy so it was a decent first experience.

Posts: 11The layout looks legit and the massage rooms are just curtains that aren't far from the hallways of the mall, seems indiscreet and kinda risky.

Posts: 53Thanks for talking me off the ledge, As a side note, The women claimed to be licensed in Connecticut. Note sure if folks are aware that you can lookup licenses for all kinds off providers, contractors, beauticians and Massage Therapists, etc. By Name. As you would expect I could not find a valid license for the woman claiming to be licensed in Connecticut. To lookup licenses use this link https://www.elicense.ct.gov/Lookup.

Hey gents,
Has anyone seen the new place in Buckland hills area, Relax Zone Spa? I saw it pop up recently on rubmap, and I see it has a couple reviews, but was not sure about the authenticity of the place or not.

Tell them you are discreet and only deal in cash. Ask for an address to send the deposit to. Will separate the real from the scam.
