One thing you can do to increase your success rate is to register the Visa Gift Card at the website listed on it.

Use a fake email and a fake name but a legitimate address. Pick something you will remember like the address of the WaWa or whatever.

Then, when you register you the fake email, fake name and address you used to register the credit card.

In my experience probably 6 months ago that one was a time waster. She posts a lot on Reddit and snapchat and seems to just be in it for the attention. My patience isn't the best so maybe I just gave up too soon. Never did get a price either.
