My guess here as I've not been to Emily but sounds like I need to. I think I've come to a mongering realization. If you want a good rub with extras you need to put in the time to find your spot. FS. Standard 1 hr house fee. Standard FS fee + 30. I think the extra was due to the extra workout I needed, and overall highly satisfied state I was left in.
