You just have to give off the vibe, "Yup, I am here for a massage." The good news is that you really are at a genuinely legit massage location, next to other medical imaging and diagnostic offices, so you don't have to act sneaky at all. The rooms have high ceilings, so the partitions probably go up to the ceiling / slab above and there is no problem with sound transmission between the rooms. Although when I was there, only one other therapist was working, so I can't be positive about sound.
