It's pretty simple like boner just mentioned. Make a hx account, go get gift card and deposit it into your hx account, find a decent looking indie provider with good reviews, see at least 2-3 of them, then reach out to booker tom or sweet asian gem, see one of their unpopular providers, use them to get verified with the other bookers, see one of their unpopular providers, then book the provider you want.
