Service industry prices post-Covid lockdown have increased, not all have gone up, but if landlords jack the rent, it'll be like restaurants adjusting their prices. MW has had these prices since they opened, which were little higher at the time than typical.

To be fair, and to put my money where my mouth is, again, tried Mindful in H2 O.

She had a mask on the whole time so can't say about looks or age. I expect 40's, and with a nice rack.
