As previously reported, Sweet in Franklin is indeed reopened, although now operating under a city ordinance requiring the girls to be licensed massage therapists. Same menu, same prices. Nothing seems to have changed except they now keep the doors locked now. Only saw one girl working when I was there and I don't remember her from before. Nice enough looking for her age but probably close to 50 yo.

With the fact Sakura has a new girl, I had to check it out. Massage was an 8.5 out of 10, she is very personable and nice. She paid attention to detail while face down.
