Definitely better than 98 M (3 or 6). Younger providers. For 98 M, there was only one that I would go for, but she offered / offers BBFS so buyer beware. I have not asked nor been offered BBFS at 67 E.

For services, house fee is $45 for an hour plus service fee on top (HJ, BJ, FS) that's $60/80/$100.
