I did a brief cruise tonight between 1-130 am on break from work.

The area has turned from bad to worse. Are there WSW available yes but they are getting harder to nail down. If it wasnt close to my house I'd choose other areas instead.

Excellent detailed advice, thanks. Sounds like pretty much my NMS crawl. Except cops pay me no mind over here as I live up the street and have been doing this for years. I'm going to NY for labor day weekend but the weekend after is going to be my Lynn experiment. I understand weekends are probably more hectic but that's the only time I can thoroughly hunt other than when I'm coming home down mass ave and see something.

They honestly don't do much. I've parked my car on side streets then walked up and picked up girls of my choice right in front of them on the main road. Never been caught / arrested doing this and I don't plan on it. Its like taking candy from a baby.

Yes that's what I did. Go to union street. Once you're there just follow the flow of the people and zig zag union streets through the side streets. Sometimes you see a chick on union street, then just pull up on the side street near her with your blinker on and they usually come to you if you made eye contact with them. If not, honk as they walk by. If they keep walking they are either not a working girl or not interested. You can usually tell by the eye contact they make with you. Some guys pick up girls on the union street. I always prefer to stop on the side streets.

I have no idea what percentage of these girls are Latinas haha. I didn't run a census on them LOL. Maybe a local longer here can answer that question better as I'm not from the area my friend.
