From the Hyatt on wacker it's 40 minutes and the other spas are 20 minutes away. Personally I would spend the extra time to get better service from a hotter Korean girl.

So the two places that get consistently good reviews, and that are closest to your hotel, are S & L Nails & Massage Spa (SXL here) 14 XX S Michigan Ave Chicago, IL 6060 X and West River Spa (WR here) 12 XX W Grand Ave Chicago, IL 606X X. If you do a search on maps use 14th and Michigan for SXL and Grand and Racine for WR. You'll see they are within 1. 5 miles. They are in good neighborhoods.

I can personally vouch for Kelly at West River and wrote a review. It has been reported that JuJu, who left SXL some days ago, is now at WR a couple days per week. She has had very good reviews (I have not met her).
