It's already down and fenced in while they clean up the mess. I don't see them taking down the strip mall though. They just opened that Mexican place there, Pasqual's is actually really good, and there is plenty of room for a truck stop there without affecting the east side of the street or the strip mall as well. Truckers have been using that lot for parking for awhile now so it would be a big upgrade if they actually made it an official truck stop. I believe it will help both Sweets and Relax as the increased volume might get more women there. But also might make seeing some of our favorites harder to see.

They are tearing down the blueberry hill pancake house. From what I read on Nextdoor, the strip mall there is next. Plans are for a truck stop of some kind. Good for the area, but bad for us. All those Floyds will be the Death of the Sweet spa. LE will shut it down or the line of Peterbilt's will be a 2 hour wait.
