First of all, you paid in advance. That's the root problem with your situation. It's been said over and over. Never- ever pay in advance. Never. Not even with a well-known provider. She has a horrible reputation for timing among other things. That right there is enough to say don't give her a dime in advance. Not to pay a friend. Not to pay rent. Not to give to her girlfriend to go get food. Nothing.

Once the provider has your hard-earned cash, she is pretty much Finished with you. There is no more "contract" via text. There is no more "agreement" between you. There is no obligation in her eyes to you any longer. She has what she (and most every other provider) wanted, and many will have no integrity when it comes to upholding the agreement.
