Dunno what number he called from, but the number shown was the FBI office in northern Nevada. I called it and the agent that answered said that he knew nothing about the call I received and that the call was possible.

I had called to ask info several months ago and person claiming to be FBI called me and played back a recording of my call. Said I was last person to see some gal. It sure sounded like me and appeared to be real recording of my call. Of course I had nothing to do with her as I have not been to Vegas in years.

Has anyone else received such calls?

He wanted me to go the local FBI office and said he would wait on the line as I went. I refused to go and he threatened FBI people would be visiting my home. No one came. I called the FBI office and asked for the name he gave me to see, and was told there was no one there by that name.

Not sure if legit, but the recording and call spooked me.
