Or anywhere else for that matter. Do what I do, throw then a C note when paying. When they leave the room for you to undress do so and lay on the table. When they come back they will usually lay the change on the table. If they try and hand it to you just tell them to lay it on the table. They just want to make sure you actually have money to tip. This way you can keep 40 in one pocket, 60 in another and 50 in a third just to be ready for any negotiations that ensue for any additional services to be rendered. Happy mongering.

I try an alternative method. When I pull out the house fee, I usually have additional 40 bucks in the same wad, that I make sure they see. I have additional money in other pockets Incase the service exceeds the standard HE.

The last two times I was at moon the results were different. LeLe required the tip up front but the next week I got CoCo who did not require upfront tipping. Basically identical service and it all worked out for me but kinda threw me off being asked for tip in advance. As long as they provide the service I can live with it.

I really hope it's not a result of them being stiffed after providing service.

Has anyone else been pressured to tip ahead of their massage at Moon?

The last two times I've been, each masseuse (a younger one the first time, a middle aged / older one the second time) held her hand out for a tip after I paid the house fee. I politely responded that I tip after the massage. They insisted that I tip first. I asked for my money back and walked out both times.

I've been a frequent goer for a long while. I've always tipped appropriately every time. I don't know why they've insisted on an up front tip, but that seems like a great way to end up paying double for an HE.

Haven't been back since.

Ditto for me. And I have done that before work the other places. Put the tip out front and set expectations, along with all the subsequent touching and foreplay, etc.

Only thing different for me this time was the name. Reluctant to give me her name. She hesitated abd said Coco, then at the end when I asked her, she forgot what she told me and said Sophie or something like that. LOL.
