Agree with James that some bookers may operate that way since they get hundreds of PMs when a girl has an add up. Most of the good ones are able to book out fully in a few hours so there may not need to collect PMs during when they are not working. When a new ad is up for the same girl, I do see them reply to left over PMs left over from the previous time when they had an ad up that they haven't gotten to. It's probably due the girl booking out already.

For others who don't tend to book out at a moments notice, I agree that it makes sense for them to cultivate their clientele for each city for prebookings on future visits. I do like it when girls I am interested in give me a heads up that they will be visiting soon and want to see me (or really my $).

And, yes, I have received tons of replies way after the fact. So, there are girls and bookers who go back through old PMs and respond. Some may not want / need to deal with that, but it doesn't explain the girls who are actively updating and advertising with no pics.

I am guilty but I don't do it outcalls but only on rare circumstances. This is the kind of shit that is risky on an outcall. I used to be more frivolous but not any more. I have been wanting to plow her for a while but I am glad I saw this to keep my radar up. Ugh, straight up runs out. Ugh.
