In my experience and opinion, you need to tell them you are a regular customer (then explain your timing and time constraints). They're professional enough that I would expect them to advise you well on best options. But obviously vet that against online directions. You also need to think about the hassle it is to get in and out of IAD (hopefully you have a Clead and Precheck, otherwise add an additional 20+ minutes).

Caught up with Karoline through Tyson's recently and it was decent.
