I should prob do a full write up on this, but on my phone at the moment, so quick and dirty, you can modify the search url that gets generated after you select your base options, to do some interesting things. The two most common things I do are search all groups but with criteria. That means I can search escort, massage, bsdm, but still filter on race and other stuff. The second thing I do is block results that include certain payments types.

Example. This query searches all groups for white girls that did NOT list credit and other Chinese payment options. In the modified you will notice the! Has been added in front of the = for each payment type I don't want. And you will notice that I deleted out the escorts group before the?

There's alot more that can be done. I look forward to seeing creative ways to filter the fakes out!
