Unfortunately, it would appear Ohio is moving in the opposite direction. HB 81 to change definition of massage therapy to include all massage already passed unanimously last year and wears referred to the Senate in SB 55 which is currently in committee.

Safety measures would be free / reduced cost for testing, and testing be done on a regular basis (not sure how often that should be).

Would like to see both parties be able to exchange test results anonymously to help ensure the safety of both parties.

If taxed, would like to see that money used to subsidize testing, and help those who want out, or really are being trafficked get the help they need.

I know it sounds simple, its not, once politicians get involved, it all goes to hell, and they get a majority of the money.

Just my 2 cents.

Ohio politicians will kill us all. But if it were to be taxed I think we might be able to make enough income to help maybe poor and elderly people with their prescriptions if nothing else.

Decriminalizing is the way to go, makes it "legal" at a cost, and only results in a fine as opposed to an arrestable offense and wouldn't go on your record. That way nobody can be forced into it and cops can rescue victims without ruining their lives with soliciting charges, it won't be out in the open on the streets, it can remain behind closed doors where its not hurting or bothering anyone, and courts still get their money, its a win win situation for everyone.

I have to say I wouldn't mind some regulation if it meant the girls are clean and you don't have to worry about scams or being robbed.
