Energy Foot Spa was a different place down at the bottom of the stairs, really close to where Ten Fingers is. Never went to that one, and seems to have been closed for as long as I can remember. Ten Fingers used to be called Asian Bliss Spa, Unit B. Energy Foot Spa was Unit C.

Ten Fingers Massage is down the stairs underneath a restaurant, and as far as I know has never been a legit / foot massage place. That depends on the place / person. Some will ask you what you want, others you may have to ask them. Sometimes it's pretty obvious that extras are available if they start teasing you while you're face down.
