New York has introduced the Sex Trade Survivors Justice and Equality Act, a bill to decriminalize people in prostitution. I decided to drive west on Friday to visit with Frankie. The 11 am moved to 11:45 which apparently is standard protocol for her. Exchanged some pleasantries and ground rules which were no big deal.
